Team MomSquad represents an opportunity to get help with the work/life or
family burden responsibilities. We are unique in that we aren’t expecting
anyone to “do it alone” and we are working hard to shatter the Pinterest-
perfect social media fake parenthood. We want people (especially Moms) to
find comfort in that life is messy and it’s not their sole responsibility to fix it.
Our MomSquad team are independent contractors and come
from many backgrounds, some have full time jobs, others are stay-at-home
parents and some just want to earn a little extra cash. They all have one thing in
common- they understand that family life is busy, messy, and sometimes we all need a helping hand.
As our company has grown, we have seen the need for additional skillsets and opportunities to support busy families. So don’t be surprised if you have a “non-Mom” show up for a job… all of our Squad members are dedicated to the same principles of being a support for your busy lifestyle!
As part of our onboarding process, our Squad members are screened to ensure they
understand the culture, purpose and vision behind Team MomSquad. In
addition, they will need to successfully pass a background check to work. This
check will consist of a identity verification, National Sex Offender Registry
report and a criminal history check
Supporting our MomSquad community is our number one priority. We
understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule
adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we
respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This is in respect to our Team
MomSquad Moms and their time with their families as well.
• Any cancellation or schedule change made less than 24 hours will result in a
cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit placed
when your service was booked.
• If you are unavailable at the time of your service and your assigned Mom is
unable to complete your service, the same cancellation fee will apply.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your
cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
