All services are booked for a minimum of two hours. Team MomSquad cannot guarantee all tasks will be completed if given a specific timeframe, but we can prioritize what's most important to you to make sure it gets done.
At the time of requesting your service time and date, a deposit in the amount of rate for the first hour of services will be paid. At the completion of your service, you will be billed for the remainder of the service appointment.
We understand keeping the house clean among all your other responsibilities can be daunting! That's why Team MomSquad offers different levels of cleaning support to ensure that we do the right job for you!
Tidying up includes picking up around the house, wiping down surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming, emptying garbages. Tidying up usually takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the needs of your home.
Light cleaning includes dusting living spaces, mopping, cleaning sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Light cleaning usually takes approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the needs of your home.
Deep cleans includes areas that may need a little extra attention, like baseboards and walls, appliances, and fixtures. Deep cleaning usually takes approximately 4-6 hours, depending on the needs of your home.
First time home cleanings or returning clients that have not booked a cleaning in over a month will be booked for a tidying up or light cleaning. This allows us to find out what areas are most important to you for our Team to concentrate on for your deep clean, and provide a better idea of the amount of time to schedule for your deep clean.
Keeping the house picked up is so much easier when it's organized! Our Moms can help with everything from simple organizing of pantries and closets to full room projects and storage solution design.
Hourly or by project, $50/hour
A mom or team of moms to help declutter and put items where they see fit, or work with you to determine where everything should go.
$250 per location/room, includes onsite planning, drawings/plans, and materials list
Step 1- onsite consultation with one of our organizers to put together a customized plan for your organization system, including storage solutions, shelving, cabinets, etc. We focus on finding a place for everything. We will determine what you would like our team to do, and if there are things you would like to “DIY”.
Step 2- Based on how you would like to proceed, we will prepare plans for your storage and organization solution. This will include drawings, the suggested items to be purchased, and cost of the build out. Based on your lifestyle, budget and the level of involvement, we will determine the best option for you- we source organizational options from IKEA, The Container Store, Wayfair, and others, as well as options for custom built solutions from our Team. These plans are broken out between parts and labor, and will belong to you to determine the right next steps for your project.
$250 deposit for system planning, remainder provided as estimate for time and materials upon completion of planning
Includes Step 1 and 2 above.
Step 3- We will procure all materials and install shelving, cabinets, etc.
Step 4- Our organizers will help declutter and put items where they see fit, or work with you to determine where everything should go. Includes labelling as requested.

Our Mothers Helper service really wraps up all of our services into one Mom to just help out! Sometimes our clients ask for specific tasks but don't want to schedule two hours for each one... our Mothers Helper can really handle a lot of little things that can pile up around the house!

With our Onsite Laundry Service your scheduled Mom visits your home and will wash, fold, and put your items away. This service is nicely paired with our Mothers Helpers service- while your clothes wash/dry, your scheduled Mom can take care of other tasks in your home.
Who knew that figuring out what's for dinner every night would be such a chore? Especially when you have to shop and clean up too! Our Meal Prep services can take the headache out of meal time!
Looking for a quick and easy family meal that you just have to pull out of the fridge and heat up? Or maybe you are so busy making sure the kiddos have a nutritious lunch that you don't have time to make something for your self? Our Ready to Heat and Eat meals are the answer! Our Moms can do the grocery shopping, prepare the meals, and clean up the kitchen... all you have to do is serve and eat!
Maybe you like serving up a home cooked meal, but the shopping/chopping/prepping just doesn't fit into your schedule? Our Ready to Cook option can get everything ready for you to whip up a home cooked meal, without the hassle!

Our Moms can prepare recipes you choose, with ingredients that are right for your family. We can help with menu planning, recipe suggestions, and even provide access to personalized meal plans created by our partners at Chef Crafted Nutrition.
