Supporting our MomSquad community is our number one priority. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This is in respect to our Team MomSquad Moms and their time with their families as well.
• Any cancellation or schedule change made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit placed when your service was booked.
• If you are unavailable at the time of your service and your assigned Mom is unable to complete your service, the same cancellation fee will apply.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
